ESS-I-AAR delivered full consultancy services including infrastructure master planning, feasibility study, architectural and engineering design, water supply and sewerage systems, and detailed construction supervision for the Boys Cadet College Larkana. The campus development spanned 14 years due to growing enrollment and phased funding, ultimately establishing a complete residential training facility to produce cadets and professionals serving the nation.
