Third-Party Validation (TPV) of Completed Water Supply Schemes in District Mianwali (Phase-II)

This completed contract involved the third-party validation (TPV) of Phase-II water supply schemes under the Chief Minister's Development Programme. ESS-I-AAR was appointed as the independent validation consultant to inspect and verify the completed rehabilitation of 46 dysfunctional rural water supply schemes. The validation process required physical site audits, checking material standards, verifying functional capabilities of tubewells, and conducting quality and quantity audits of civil works.
