Project Overview

ESS-I-AAR is providing comprehensive consultancy services for Silicon Valley in Capital Smart City—one of Pakistan's largest commercial infrastructure projects. The development includes multiple high-rise business parks (G+12 to G+15) and two landmark towers (G+40), creating a modern business and technology hub. Services cover complete architectural and engineering design including structure, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, data networking, CCTV, HVAC (V.R.F system), and public address systems for the entire 56 million sq ft development.
